1.25 oz Revanche Cognac
.25 oz Simple Syrup
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Brut Champagne
Lemon Peel
INSTRUCTION
Combine simple syrup, lemon juice and Revanche Cognac in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled flute.
Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
